Damaged, Missing, or Inaccurate Items
If you receive a shipment from Jellyspace and any part that of the shipment is damaged, damages must be reported to Jellyspace (immediately / within 48 office hours) of receiving the shipment and we will get back to you in a timely manner. In cases of all damages, it is required that Jellyspace receives digital images of the damage before replacement shipments can be decided and processed. Soft furnishings and ceramic ware sales are final.
If you receive a product that has obvious damage seen from the outside of the box (e.g., a dent or hole in the box) you have the option to not accept the box from the shipper. Whenever you sign for a box, you are signing that you received it in good condition.
If the incorrect item is shipped to you, please contact Jellyspace immediately. The correct item will be shipped in a timely manner, and arrangements will be made by Jellyspace for the pick up of the incorrect piece.
Return and Exchange
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase after shipping and receiving your item, you may email us to tell us why. Exchanges are only for incorrect color/variant as long as the condition is the same as when delivered and the item is in its original packaging. Case-by-case basis
Refund upon Receiving the Shipment
If you return your item and not exchange to the same item, the shipping and handling cost will be charge to you, thus it will not be a full refund. Items that have been received in good condition cannot be refunded.
Refund when Product is Out of Stock
In rare cases, a product or service offering may be in stock when a customer places the order, and sold out by the time Jellyspace attempts to process the order. Should this happen, Jellyspace will notify the customer by email. Service offerings that are out-of-stock generally are no longer available. If Jellyspace determines that a product or service you wish to purchase is no longer available, the item will be cancelled from your order. Jellyspace will notify you by email and delete the item from the Site. We will give you a full refund if the item is sold out and notify you when it is back.
All products on sale are final.
